Which carrier do you cooperate with?
Within Germany we do standard shipping with DHL and express shipping with Fedex or German Post. For EU and worldwide
destinations we cooperate with Fedex and German Post only. Please note that island and saturday deliveries are not applicable
for shippings outside Germany or Germany express parcels.
Can I send my parcel to a packingstation?
Yes, within standard shipping. Please give us your station number before the checkout.
My parcel is damaged - what can I do?
If you received a damaged parcel from the carrier, please let the carrier sign the damage on your receipt.
If the product is also damaged send a report to the carrier within 7 buisiness days after you received the parcel.
Take note of the case number and send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will examine your damage as soon as possible.
My parcel is missing - what can I do?
If your parcel is missing within a few business days please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
Our service-team will examine your order. You can also track the currecnt position of your parcel at the websites
of our shipping partners.
I´d like to return my order - what can I do?
We always try to give you the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order please return the product within 14-days.
Leave the product in its original condition. Leave all price tags on the product. Please leave a copy of your invoice in the parcel.

If you want to change your product to another size or colour please make a note on the declaration of revocation.
You can also use our free measurment service for returns of size-dependent products.
Please give us your own measures (for example the length of yout foot sole) in cm.
We measure the shoe and send you your matching size in return.
Please notice that you will bear all costs of the return. Within Germany we will pay for the new shipping to you!
How can I get my money back?
As soon as we take care of your return we will send you your amount back.
If you payed by bank transfer, please give us your bank information so we can transfer the amount back to your account.
The refund will be done within a few days after the return.

The code is limited to one time only. Please notice the date of termination of the code. You have to be a registred user of www.originelli.de.
You can not combine the code with other promotion campaigns.
